Cipher Spaces is an Indian wall art brand focused on premium canvas wall art for homes, offices and commercial spaces. The collection includes modern and abstract art, Vastu and devotional paintings, ethnic and traditional designs, motivational artwork, landscapes, florals, animals, vintage art, custom designs and a separate range of original hand-painted artworks.

You can explore artwork by style, subject or room, making it easier to find pieces that suit your wall size, interior style and the atmosphere you want to create.

Cipher Spaces combines a wide choice of artwork with multiple size and finishing options, so you are not limited to a small set of standard designs. You can shop by style, room, subject or spiritual preference, request custom artwork, or explore original hand-painted pieces separately.

Customer trust is also an important part of the brand. Cipher Spaces currently displays a 4.8/5 Google rating and has delivered 25,000+ artworks across India. Customers frequently mention the quality of the artwork, premium appearance, packaging and overall buying experience. You can read more feedback on our Reviews & Customer Stories page.

Wall art is a broad term that can include canvas prints, framed artwork, photographs, posters and original hand paintings.

A wall painting traditionally means artwork created using paint, although shoppers commonly use the term when searching for decorative canvas artwork as well.

At Cipher Spaces, most of the main collection consists of premium printed canvas wall art, while original hand-painted pieces are offered separately in the Hand Painting collection. If the production method matters to you, check the individual product description before ordering.

Start with the wall rather than the artwork. Measure the available space, consider the furniture underneath it and decide whether the wall is better suited to a landscape, portrait or square composition.

Then think about the atmosphere you want to create. Bold abstracts and statement artwork can work well in living rooms, calmer landscapes and softer compositions suit bedrooms, while motivational, architectural and modern art can be effective in offices and studies.

Colour matters too, but the artwork does not need to match every colour in the room. It usually looks better when it complements the overall palette while still creating some contrast.

Yes. Cipher Spaces canvas artwork is available in ready-to-display formats, so you do not need to arrange separate framing after delivery.

Depending on the artwork and selected variant, you may choose options such as canvas wrapped, black floater frame or golden floater frame. Check the product page before ordering to see which finishes and sizes are available for that particular design.

A canvas-wrapped artwork is stretched around a wooden frame and displayed without an additional visible outer frame. It creates a simple, clean presentation.

A floater frame surrounds the canvas while leaving a small visual gap around the artwork, creating a more finished and premium appearance.

Black floater frames generally suit modern, colourful and high-contrast designs, while golden frames can work particularly well with devotional, traditional, vintage and warmer-toned artwork.

No. Most artworks in the main Cipher Spaces catalogue are premium printed canvas wall art.

Original hand-painted artworks are offered separately in the Hand Painting collection. A product may have a painted, textured or artistic visual style without the physical canvas itself being hand painted.

If you specifically want an original hand-painted artwork, make sure the individual product listing clearly identifies it as hand painted.

Yes. Cipher Spaces accepts custom canvas requirements if you already have a photograph, portrait, artwork reference, personal image or design concept you would like to turn into wall art.

You can also discuss custom dimensions when the standard available sizes do not suit your wall.

The usual process is to share your image or design requirement along with the preferred size. The team can then confirm feasibility, suitable format, pricing and the expected production timeline before the order is finalised.

Custom pricing varies according to the size, artwork and format rather than following one fixed price for every request.

Custom sizes can be discussed for selected designs and custom orders.

If you have a specific wall dimension, share the required width and height with the Cipher Spaces team. They can check whether the artwork can be produced in that proportion without compromising its composition or quality.

This is particularly useful for large feature walls, spaces above wide sofas, unusual wall proportions and interior-design projects.

Standard canvas wall art is generally prepared within approximately 2–3 days, followed by around 5–7 days for delivery, depending on the destination and logistics partner.

In most cases, you can therefore expect the complete process to take roughly 10 days.

Custom artwork, unusually large sizes, hand-painted pieces or other specialised orders may require a different timeline, so confirm the expected delivery date if your order is required for a particular event, installation or gifting deadline.

Yes. Cipher Spaces operates as a GST-registered business and uses secure online payment gateways to process transactions.

Artwork is quality-checked and packed before dispatch, and tracking details are provided so you can follow the shipment after your order is processed.

If you would like additional reassurance before buying, you can also view customer feedback on our Reviews & Customer Stories page.

After your order is confirmed and tracking information is generated, the tracking link is shared with you through WhatsApp,SMS and e-mail.

You can use that link to follow the shipment and check its latest delivery status.

If you have not received tracking information or the tracking status has not updated for an extended period, contact Cipher Spaces customer support with your order details for assistance.

Canvas wall art requires very little maintenance.

Use a soft, dry cloth, microfiber cloth or gentle brush to remove surface dust. Avoid wet cloths, strong cleaning chemicals or abrasive materials.

It is also best to avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and harsh direct sunlight, as these conditions can affect artwork and materials over time.

For framed artwork, clean the frame gently without allowing moisture or cleaning products to come into contact with the canvas surface.

If your artwork arrives damaged, contact Cipher Spaces customer support as soon as possible.

Take clear photographs or videos of the artwork, outer packaging and damaged area before disposing of the packaging. This helps the team review what happened during transit and process the issue more efficiently.

The case will then be handled according to the applicable replacement or refund policy.

Small visual differences can occur because screen brightness, display settings, photography and room lighting can affect how colours appear online.

However, if you receive the wrong design, size, frame or an artwork that materially differs from what you ordered, contact customer support and share photographs of the received product. The team can review the order and assist according to the applicable policy.

Yes. Cipher Spaces has a dedicated Vastu & Divinity Wall Art range covering subjects such as Radha Krishna, Lord Shiva, Hanuman Ji, Shree Ram, Saraswati, Lakshmi, Buddha, Shrinathji, Jagannath, Kamdhenu, Peacock, Seven Horses and other spiritual themes.

Some customers choose these designs primarily for devotion, while others are interested in traditional Vastu symbolism and placement.

For questions about direction, room placement or symbolism, use the relevant Cipher Spaces Vastu guides rather than assuming that every devotional painting follows the same placement rule.

Yes. Cipher Spaces accepts bulk requirements for offices, hotels, cafés, restaurants, interior-design projects, commercial spaces, corporate gifting and similar requirements.

You can choose from existing artwork or discuss custom designs, specific sizes, project quantities and branding requirements.

For larger projects, contact the team with the approximate quantity, required sizes, preferred artwork style and delivery timeline so the requirement can be assessed properly.

Yes. Interior designers, architects, hospitality businesses, offices and other commercial buyers can discuss custom artwork, dimensions and larger-volume requirements directly with Cipher Spaces.

If you are working on a project, sharing wall dimensions, reference images, quantity and the overall interior style will help the team recommend more suitable artwork and formats.

You can contact Cipher Spaces through the phone, WhatsApp, email and contact details provided on the website.

The team can help with artwork selection, sizing, custom designs, order status, delivery questions, bulk requirements and after-sales support.

For an existing order, keep your order number or the phone number used while placing the order available so the team can locate the order more quickly.

Available payment options are shown securely during checkout. Depending on the order and checkout configuration, customers may be able to choose from supported online payment methods as well as eligible partial Cash on Delivery options.

If you are unable to use a particular payment method or need help completing an order, contact the Cipher Spaces team before placing it.

Cipher Spaces offers partial Cash on Delivery for eligible orders, where an advance amount is paid before the artwork is produced and the remaining amount is handled according to the order terms.

Because every artwork is made specifically for the customer, the advance paid on a Partial COD order is non-refundable if the shipment is refused after dispatch. Check the payment options available during checkout or contact the team if COD is important to you.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. If the cancellation request is received within this period, the order amount is refunded according to the applicable payment method.

After 12 hours, cancellation may not be possible because production of the made-to-order artwork may already have started. If you notice an incorrect size, frame, address or other order detail, contact Cipher Spaces as quickly as possible rather than waiting until dispatch.

Because Cipher Spaces artworks are made specifically for each order, standard printed canvases cannot generally be returned simply because you change your mind, prefer another design after delivery or expected a hand-painted artwork instead of a canvas print.

Returns, replacements or refunds are available for eligible issues such as transit damage, an incorrect artwork or size being delivered, an incomplete product or a manufacturing defect.

Contact Cipher Spaces within 3 days of receiving your order and share clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

For transit-related damage, an unboxing video is required to help verify the condition in which the artwork was received. Once the issue has been reviewed, the team can arrange the appropriate replacement, exchange or refund according to the policy.

Cipher Spaces aims to reproduce artwork colours as accurately as possible, but slight differences can occur because phones, monitors and televisions use different brightness, colour profiles and display settings.

The lighting in your room can also affect how the artwork appears once installed. Minor colour variation between the screen and the physical artwork is therefore normal.

Standard Cipher Spaces canvas artworks are printed canvas art, so the surface does not have physical raised brush strokes simply because the design looks painted or textured.

Some artwork is designed to visually imitate brushwork, oil painting or textured art, but genuine physical paint texture is found only on products specifically identified as hand paintings or sold through the Hand Painting collection.

Many standard Cipher Spaces printed artworks are produced on premium 380 GSM cotton canvas, chosen for its substantial weight and textured, art-oriented surface.

However, always check the individual product page when the exact canvas specification is important, particularly for specialised, hand-painted or differently constructed artwork.

Yes. If you are unsure about the artwork, size, orientation or frame that will work best in your room, you can contact the Cipher Spaces team before ordering.

Sharing a photograph of the wall along with its approximate width and height is especially helpful. If the artwork will sit above a sofa, bed or console, include the width of that furniture as well. The team can also provide additional photographs, videos or close-up views when available to help you make a more confident decision.

Yes. If you would like a closer look at a particular design, you can contact Cipher Spaces and request additional photographs, videos or close-up views where available.

This can be particularly useful when you want to understand the artwork's colour, canvas surface, frame appearance or overall finish before choosing a large size.

Standard Cipher Spaces canvas artworks do not normally include acrylic or glass over the front.

If you specifically want acrylic or glass protection, contact the team before placing the order. It can be arranged for selected artworks at an additional cost where suitable.

Always check the dimensions shown for the specific product and selected variant before ordering, because the final presentation can differ depending on whether you choose canvas wrapped or a framed finish.

If your artwork must fit a fixed wall opening or you are working with very precise measurements, contact Cipher Spaces before ordering and confirm the required finished dimensions.

For the best custom-art result, send the highest-quality original image available rather than a compressed screenshot or an image repeatedly forwarded through messaging apps.

Large canvas sizes require more image detail, so an image that looks clear on a phone may not necessarily remain sharp when enlarged. Share the required artwork size along with the image so the team can check whether the file is suitable before production.

The approval process depends on the type of custom artwork and the amount of editing or design work required.

When placing a custom order, clearly share your image, preferred size, orientation and any changes you want. If you require a digital preview or approval before production, confirm this with the Cipher Spaces team when discussing the order rather than assuming that every custom request follows the same process.

If a fully prepaid order is returned after the courier partner completes its delivery attempts, Cipher Spaces provides one complimentary re-dispatch once the artwork returns to the facility.

For a Partial COD order that is returned because delivery was not accepted or completed, re-dispatch can be arranged after the remaining payment has been completed.

Yes. Cipher Spaces accepts international orders and has a dedicated International Orders section for customers outside India.

International orders can include canvas prints and selected hand-painted artwork, with available formats, sizes, delivery terms and applicable shipping charges shown through the international-order process. Because international shipping conditions differ from domestic orders, review the dedicated International Orders information before purchasing.

Yes. Customers ordering internationally can choose artwork from the wider Cipher Spaces catalogue and use the international-order process to specify the artwork, format and required size.

International artwork is generally handled differently from standard domestic framed orders, so check the available format and shipping information on the International Orders page before placing the order.
